Biographie
CARLA T is a Sardinian-born, Brussels-based singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer. Blending the warmth of soul, the groove of R&B and refined alt pop textures, she creates richly produced, introspective songs where strength meets vulnerability. Her sound moves between organic and electronic elements, drawing inspiration from artists such as Jordan Rakei, H.E.R., Tom Misch, Cleo Sol and Little Dragon.
Her self-produced debut album was released on April 17, 2026. She celebrated its release live at Motown Concerts in Brussels on April 23, joined by special guests from the Brussels music scene: Angelo Moustapha on drums, Issam Labbene on bass, Gaspard Mathelin on trumpet and Deco Comprehension on rap.
The album received positive reviews from international music publications including Lefuturewave (NL), Ratings Game Music (US) and Rockit (IT), among others.
Her new single, “That Line”, will be released on streaming platforms in autumn 2026. Inspired by Tom Misch and Jorja Smith, the nu-disco track introduces a more uptempo phase and anticipates new material to be released in 2027, while maintaining the introspective songwriting and distinctive production style that define her music.
