The name Head of the Baptist may conjure images of torch-bearing, satanic Black Metal worshippers atop snow-covered peaks. However, this band is an enigmatic fusion of heavy genres.
Weaving together crushing Black and Death metal influences, while embracing the fistful rage of D-Beat/Crust and the chaos of Grindcore.
Next to their previous demo release in 2018, their EP "The Pyre Of Equivalence" was released digitally in 2023 and on CD and vinyl in 2024 by labels Loner Cult Records (BE), Lycanthropic Chants (DE) and Cursed Monk Records (IL)
