Engulfed

Death Metal band Engulfed was founded in 2010 in Kadikoy, Istanbul. Their debut EP "Through the Eternal Damnation" was recorded in December 2011. EP was released by Hellthrasher Productions as CD, by Me Saco Un Ojo Records as a 12" vinyl and on cassette by Gravplass Propaganda. The band played many shows in Türkiye, then performed their first European show at Killtown Death Fest 2013.

After their first release that was well received, the band kept working on their first full-length album and playingshows. In the middle of 2016 the band intensified their work on their debut album "Engulfed in Obscurity", the  recording of which had been completed in the autumn of 2016. The album was released on CD by Hellthrasher Productions in February 2017. The album was released on vinyl by Blood Harvest Records and on cassette by Messe
Noire Productions. Following the album, the band played a number of local shows and several international festivals as part of their summer 2017 European tour.

Band completed the recording of their EP "Vengeance of the Fallen" in early 2020 which was released at the end of that year as CD by Dark Descent Records, on 12" vinyl by Me Saco Un Ojo Records and on cassette by Extremely Rotten Productions.

Engulfed’s second full length has been recordedin fall of 2023 and will be released by Dark Descent Records and Me Saco Un Ojo Records in the spring of 2024.
