Biographie
Divided is a Belgian band that brings a refreshing combination of sludgy riffs, hardcore grooves, a post-metalish shoegaze vibe and cutting vocals. Anyway, as long as it feels authentic. With only one album (‘Light Will Shine’, 2024) and one EP (‘Riser’, 2022) to their name, the band already toured across Europe and played with bands like Brutus, LLNN or Amenra. Their strong live performance leaves an impression each time, leaving the audience beaten to a pulp. Furthermore, the release of ‘Light Will Shine’ received extremely positive reviews in magazines like Metal Hammer (UK) and New Noise (US). With their still youthful age and abundance of ideas, they undoubtedly have a lot more to offer. The band is currently working on the follow-up to ‘Light Will Shine’, exploring their sound even further. Exciting times ahead!
