A vacuum exists where in the early 2000s certain bands once conjured a melancholic, gothic strain of metal.
It is this absence that gave rise to Grace Death. She and He were shaped by that sound and together they summon its spirit — not by imitation, but by invocation.
She is an erotic dancer, bold in her expression of sexuality and feminine power. Her experience in the erotic arts grants her a singular perspective, one that bleeds into every note. Her voice weaves a spell of willing surrender, inviting all to partake.
Their music is carved from shadow, echoing the haunted beauty of Fields of the Nephilim, the icy romanticism of Killing Joke and the anthemic pulse of Placebo.
Together for over sixteen years — musically and personally — Grace Death is both a union and an altar. Their songs delve into sensuality and desire, witchcraft, occult ritual, and the dark magnetism of control and submission. Every track is a ceremony, every word a thorn drawn across soft skin.
Their debut album, Tender Skin, was shaped first with Viktor Walschaerts at Celestial Event Studio. Yet something remained — waiting to be uncovered.
