Biographie
FLOSS is a Brussels-based trio moving between contemporary jazz and electronic music, with a sound made to be experienced live. Their music builds gradually, shifting between atmospheric passages, rising tension and grooves that get people moving. Each track becomes a space for the three musicians to play off one another and bring the audience along for the ride.
Drawing inspiration from artists such as The Comet Is Coming, Nerve and Donny McCaslin, FLOSS is part of a generation of musicians bringing jazz into conversation with electronic sounds and contemporary music. The trio feels just as at home in an intimate club as on a festival stage or an open-air setting.
